Our team is made up of engineers, economists, lawyers, accountants and administrators. We create models and methodologies to respond to the needs of our clients, from small companies to large corporations in the energy sector, as well as agencies of regulation and control.

Executive with experience in Regulatory, Commercial, International M&A, Financial Planning & Analysis, Strategy, and Accounting, developed mainly in AES, a global power company with generation and distribution businesses in 29 countries, and formerly as Partner Consultant of Quantum America Corp, a consultant firm of Energy Sector.

With AES, worked with Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategy at the asset level in Central American and Caribbean, Brazil and at Global level in AES Corp covering USA, Mexico, Europe, Middle East and Africa .

Fully fluent in Spanish, English, Portuguese and French. Graduated with a BA in Economics and a M.S. in Public Finance, getting University Award for the highest marks graduating as Economist at the National University of Córdoba, Argentina.

Camila has a degree in Business Administration. She has focused her career in administration areas such as human resources, administration, accountability and finance. While studying, she worked as an administrative assistant in a mid-size company that manufactures aluminum carpentry.

After that, she worked in multinational companies such as Lafarge Holcim and Exxon mobil.

Before being part of GUC, she worked in an Agency of the government of Córdoba Province, Argentina in an area that encourages and supports startups and innovation projects in order to create job positions and make the entrepreneurship ecosystem grow. The position consisted of overseeing administration and accountability processes, and was responsible for finance and government funds management.

CAMILA RATNER HAMSA

Junior Consultant

Economist specialized in the economics of Utility Regulation, Energy Markets functioning, Structured Financing for Infrastructure and Capital Budgeting and Analysis.

With more than twenty years of experience in the public and private sectors in diverse countries; he has developed strong analytical skills in Investment Analysis, Asset Valuation & Optimization, Risk Analysis, Project Financing, among others.
